Akmal Group
Rebuilding a corporate automotive website for speed, structure and better enquiries.
Overview
Akmal Group is an established UAE automotive business with multiple divisions, branches and service areas. As the business grew, its website had not kept pace: it was outdated, slow, difficult to navigate on mobile and did not communicate the scale of the group clearly.
Dibolky rebuilt the platform from the ground up—not only to modernize the design, but to make the group easier to understand, improve enquiry journeys and give the internal team more control over routine content updates.
The result is a faster, more useful digital platform for customers and the Akmal Group team, delivered in approximately two months using Next.js.

Launch & hand over
Deploy the new platform with content management, SEO and analytics foundations.
01The Challenge
A growing business with an outdated digital presence.
Akmal Group’s multiple companies, branches, services and product categories were difficult to navigate through the old website. The digital experience did not fully reflect the credibility or scale of the business.
The platform was slow and dated, the mobile experience was weak, and the enquiry journey lacked a structured RFQ process for customers with detailed automotive requirements. Routine content management and future expansion were also difficult.
02UX & Information Architecture
One platform for the whole group.
We reorganized the information architecture so customers could understand the group quickly and reach the right next step without unnecessary navigation.
The structure brings group information, business divisions, services, product categories, branches, dealer enquiries, RFQ submissions, contact options and company updates into one coherent experience.
Clear group structure
Connect the group and its multiple companies in a consistent digital hierarchy.
Find the right service
Make products, services and branches easier to discover.
Mobile-first usability
Keep navigation and enquiry actions practical across mobile devices.
Modern foundation
Build with Next.js for performance and future expansion.
03RFQ & Enquiry System
Automotive enquiries with the context they need.
A generic contact form is not enough for many spare-parts enquiries. Customers may need to share vehicle details, VIN or chassis information, part names, quantities, preferred branch and additional notes.
We developed a structured RFQ flow to collect these details and route the request by email, while keeping WhatsApp available as a direct contact option. This gives both the customer and the Akmal Group team a clearer starting point.
Vehicle details
Capture vehicle information, including VIN or chassis details.
Parts & quantities
Let customers specify the required parts and quantities.
Branch preference
Include the customer’s preferred branch and notes.
Clear routing
Send structured requests by email with WhatsApp as a direct alternative.
04Admin Panel
Giving the internal team control.
The platform includes an admin panel so routine content updates do not require a developer. The team can manage branches, blog content, product catalogues, website information, selected service content and visual assets.
That makes the website an operational platform the team can continue maintaining, rather than a static corporate brochure.

05The Outcome
A business tool, not just an online brochure.
The new platform gives Akmal Group a stronger corporate presentation, clearer navigation, better mobile usability, easier branch discovery and a more structured route for automotive enquiries.
With a flexible admin panel, RFQ workflow, SEO and analytics foundations, the team has a more scalable platform for day-to-day operations and future growth.
Clearer structure. Better enquiries. Stronger digital credibility.
